Refund & Returns Policy
At Boosted Bricks, we take pride in delivering premium brick-built car models in perfect condition. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@boostedbricks.shop with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage and the original packaging
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund depending on stock availability.
Change of Mind Returns Change of mind returns are accepted under the following strict conditions:
- Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be completely unopened, in original manufacturer packaging with all seals intact
- Packaging must show no signs of wear, handling, or display
- A restocking fee of 15% applies to all change of mind returns
- Return shipping is entirely the buyer's responsibility, including adequate insurance for the item's value
- Items must be returned via tracked, insured shipping — we are not liable for items lost or damaged in return transit
- Refunds are issued only after the item is received and passes inspection — this may take up to 10 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
To initiate a return, contact us at admin@boostedbricks.shop. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Opened or assembled models
- Items returned without prior written approval
- Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging
International Orders International buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import fees. We strongly recommend insuring return shipments for their full value.
